  Ale(cx) was very helpful and knowledgeable, BUT there was a GameStop employee (woman) that made this location a bad experience.
  
  I spoke with Ale(cx) on phone prior to coming in, and he told me I could troubleshoot my Xbox One at thier location to figure out what was wrong with my system. The Xbox power cord(s) and the Xbox itself were in question. Upon arrival, the woman employee told me they CANNOT plug in my Xbox to figure out the issue. Ale(cx) informed her that he had already spoken with me to troubleshoot the Xbox so he plugged it in with thier power cord. If the Xbox was broken, I informed them I would buy a new one from thier location; but the Xbox worked with a new power cable. This meant that my power cord was damaged and I needed a new one.
  
  The woman employee then pressured me to buy thier Microsoft power supply ($70) which was 2 times the price at Walmart and Frys Electronics. I told employee no and she continued to pressure me to buy theirs. She told me that my Xbox would break if I used an off brand. I had to buy GameStop’s, even though they had none in stock! If I bought the more expensive power cord I would have to wait until they received it in. Finally I just stopped talking.
  
  I also wanted to look to see what types of wired controllers were available for purchase. She continued to pressure me about the controller option I needed to buy, so I decided to stop looking and leave.
  
  This situation was weird and uncomfortable. I doubt I will ever go back to this location if the woman employee is working.
